All returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns must be within fourteen (14) days of the date of original purchase and must also be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt. There will be a Fifteen Percent (15%) of the original purchase price re-stocking fee therefor. Returns not meeting all these criteria will be denied and will be dealt with as an open/used part.
Any opened/unused parts will be subject to the same criteria as to time of return and will be subject to a Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the original purchase price re-stocking fee. No returns, of any type whatsoever will be accepted except as specifically provided for herein above.
How Returns Are Processed
In the event that wrong items are received, damaged or broken, or a return is otherwise desired or required, please kindly contact us at email@example.com, and explain your issue. We will process your request within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the return is approved, we will send the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a non-prepaid Return Mailing Label (RML) to you. You must place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address within ten (10) calendar days after the date the return is approved to:

If you do not return it within this time frame you agree that the original order will remain charged against your credit card. Return labels will be issued on a case-by-case basis and you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return unless otherwise agreed by THOR Kitchen.
- All returned items are subject to our inspection. If after such inspection, we determine that the item is eligible for a full refund, a credit, including the applicable taxes charged, will be issued to the form utilized to pay for the item as indicated on the original sales receipt. When applicable, said full refund, including taxes charged, will include a deduction for original shipping and re-stocking fees (if applicable) from the value of your refund unless the return is as a result of our error. Said refund will be issued within seven (7) business days of receiving your return.
Our Sales Tax Policy
THOR Kitchen charges sales tax on all orders levied by any governmental authority and are the responsibility of the customer. unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send us your tax exemption certificate. If, after the User has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the User must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid.
At this time, THOR Kitchen does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it, as indicated above, utilizing our return criteria and then place a new order.
THOR Kitchen reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time in the future and/or for any reason
